2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
To offer you the best value and unique products, we ship our items directly from our international suppliers and warehouses.

* Estimated Delivery Time: 10-15 business days (approx. 2-3 weeks)
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on local customs clearance procedures and international transit factors.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24-48 hours. You can use this number to track your package's journey directly on our website.
4. Multiple Items in One Order
Because we work with different international suppliers to bring you the best products, if you order multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages and arrive at slightly different times. You will receive tracking numbers for each individual package.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
ONE-CLICK is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
